Recruitment Chair

My name is Morgan LeBeau and I am thrilled to be the 2022 Recruitment Chair for the Mu Alpha chapter.

I am looking forward to welcoming you all into Chi Omega, whether that be in person or virtually. I cannot wait to show you the true meaning behind Chi Omega, and hopefully the meaning it can bring to your life someday.

Going through the recruitment process can be overwhelming at times, but I hope it brings you comfort to know that all of us at Mu Alpha cannot wait to welcome you into our little blue house. I can only describe how I found myself at Chi Omega as fate. I joined the chapter through the COB process and there has not been a day since that I have regretted my decision. Since the first time I walked into 11 Strafford Ave I have been met with overwhelming love and support. I have made some of the most genuine friendships with girls I know consider family. This chapter has brought me endless opportunities and I would not be the person I am today without it.

Here at Chi O, our sisters strive to be scholarly, genuine, and driven individuals. Our sisters are unique, and it is our differences that bring us together. However, despite our differences, one thing we all have in common is our love for Chi Omega.

The biggest piece of advice I can give you is to be yourself during recruitment and to keep a completely open mind. This process works, and if you trust it you will end up where you are meant to be. It seems cliche to say, but by the end of the process you will find your forever home, even if it was not the one you expected.

I am incredibly excited to meet all of you in the future and share with you all there is to love about Chi Omega. This chapter has brought me such an amazing group of women, a support system, and so much more. I hope you find a place that means to you as much as Chi Omega means to me.

Morgan LeBeau

XO,

Dear Potential New Members...

Tell us a little about what you do as New Member Educator.

Hi! My name is Annie Rudelitch and I am so excited to be the 2022 New Member Educator for the Mu Alpha chapter! This is a position I have always admired, and the new member process is one of the most exciting parts of Chi Omega. My main goal is to educate the newest members of our sisterhood and prepare them for all that is to come during their time as a member in Chi Omega. I teach them what our sisterhood stands for, and how meaningful it is to be part of such an astounding group of women. I can’t wait to meet all the incoming sisters in the year to come!

What advice would you give to PNM's coming through recruitment?

My biggest piece of advice for PNM’s going through recruitment is to be yourself. I went through recruitment the fall of my freshman year in hopes to be a part of something meaningful and to make new friends. Not only did this experience exceed my expectations, but I have truly found my place. I was so nervous and felt like I didn’t know anyone, but I was welcomed with open arms. Make sure you keep an open mind and know that you will end up in the place that is right for you.

What are you most looking forward to about being New Member Educator?

The thing I am most looking forward to about being New Member Educator is to make long-lasting relationships with all the new members, and be there to support them throughout their transition to becoming a sister. I hope to make the process as fun as possible, and I am so excited to teach them all about our amazing sisterhood and Chi Omega!

Annie Rudelitch

XOXO,
